Andrius Romanovskis is the founder and partner at META advisory Lithuania. He has a background in Political Sciences and almost 20 years of experience in government relations. Back in 2006 Andrius was the first director at the Lithuanian Business Representation to the EU. Besides his work at META, Andrius is also the director at Lithuanian Insurers Association and the President of the Lithuanian Business Confederation. Andrius’ interests lie in chess, international relations and coffee culture. Andrius is also actively involved in the activities of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union.

Anastazija has a background in Public Policy Analysis and over 10 years of experience in government affairs consultancy: policy research, regulation and client representation. She provides expert-level advice on a wide range of topics and ensures that META services are smoothly delivered to our clients. In her free time, Anastazija enjoys pilates and mountain biking.

Andrius is an expert in the fields of energy, tobacco, gambling, ride-sharing and other topics. Prior to joining META, for five years Andrius was an advisor on international affairs to the President Dalia Grybauskaitė. Andrius has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences and a Master’s degree in Comparative Politics. He is also a skilled painter focused on oil painting.

Laurynas ensures that META clients have the most up to date information for decision making. He is responsible for regulatory consulting, proposal drafting, impact assessment of legislative proposals and policies, fostering and participating in an ongoing dialogue with institutions. In 2021, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences at Vilnius University. During his studies, Laurynas has also spent a semester at Lingnan University located in Hong Kong. Currently, Laurynas is enrolled at Vilnius University and studying a Master’s degree in Political Sciences.

Viktoras works in a sphere of monitoring the legislative and political changes and developments on a daily basis. Prior to joining META, Viktoras was an advisor to the member of the parliament Giedrius Surplys. Viktoras has Bachelor’s degree in political sciences and Master’s degree in Contemporary politics programme. He graduated with honors (Cum Laude) both after finishing his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree studies. Viktoras is interested in chess and usually spends his time reading both fiction and non-fiction literature.
