META Lietuva, a public affairs consultancy in Lithuania, is the data controller of your personal data. The following consultancy is the data controller in relation to your personal data: Meta advisory Lithuania Ltd. (address Gedimino av. 45-11, Vilnius, Lithuania). Such legitimate interests are administrative functions within META, marketing activities and complying with your requests for information.

META implements appropriate and GDPR compliant technical and organizational measures to protect information about you against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.

To exercise these rights, you should make a written request to META will exercise your rights within 30 days, unless there are legitimate grounds for extending such a period. In order to ensure data protection and properly exercise your rights, META has the right to ask you to provide proof of your identity.

Also you have a right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Data Protection Authority, i.e. either the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.

Changes

META may, at its sole discretion, change, modify, add or remove any portion of the Website, the Website content and / or this Privacy Policy, in part or in its entirety, at any time based on new functions or regulations. Any changes to this Privacy Policy are effective from the date of their publication. You undertake to review this Privacy Policy periodically to become aware of any changes.
